I’m Tiffany McKinney, a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), business strategist, and pricing mentor with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. As the founder of Pabloon Balloon Company, LLC, I’ve built a thriving creative business from the ground up—blending artistry with strategy to achieve long-term success.

I hold a BA in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, and for more than a decade, I’ve been teaching fellow entrepreneurs how to price their products and services with confidence and clarity.
